Why Our Beef Is Different

1. Our animals have never been in a feedlot. In commercial, mass-produced beef, the cattle spend their final months in a feedlot without a green plant in sight. They are filled with chemical-added feed to change their digestive system so they are able to grow at unnatural rates. This changes the chemical make-up and structure of their cells, including fat and protein which ultimately becomes our food.

2. Our animals are always grass-fed. They spend every day on natural, local pasture eating what God intended them to eat.

3. Our animals are at the peak of physical health. Our beef comes only from young

adult animals that are in excellent condition. Much commercial beef comes from animals that have been part of a breeding operation and are now so old or sick, they will not last for one more season.
