This is a non-refundable deposit to reserve your quarter beef. This will be approximately one-third of the total cost. The remaining balance will be due when the beef is ready to be picked up. The exact total will not be known until your beef is processed because it is based on the total amount of packaged beef in your order. The cost is $12 per pound of packaged meat.
