How To Order

1. Choose the amount of your order = whole beef, half beef, quarter beef.

a. How many pounds of meat in each cut?

Quarter: 60-80 pounds.

Half: 120-160 pounds.

Whole: 240-320 pounds.

2. Pay your deposit – estimate of about a third of the total expected cost.


3. When your beef is ready to be picked up, we will notify you and schedule a time at your convenience to come and pick up your order. We will also tell you the remaining balance based on the actual amount of beef in your order.


4. Pay your remaining balance based on the actual amount of beef in your order minus the deposit you already paid.


5. Pick up the beef.
